“We appointed Seamus after meeting a few Architects at our site. We felt Seamus was confident & could tackle our challenging block, in which we requested a contemporary infill extension between existing house and garage. Seamus takes a very practical approach to the design process, blending architectural features that usually exceed your expectations. He is a very good problem solver & his design solutions offer both function & great aesthetics. Seamus was also eager to ensure the extension was built to a very high energy efficient standard in which we achieved a 9.5 star rating. Our home received quite a lot of complementing comments from both family, friends & adjoining neighbours. We have since sold the home at a large attending auction in 2017. We have re-appointed Seamus for our current project; a custom renovation & addition to a heritage listed home in Subiaco, which is currently in Sketch Design. We really enjoyed working with Seamus & would highly recommend Seamus.”

“We wholeheartedly recommend Phil Stejskal Architecture. Phil is easy to get along with, creative and knowledgeable and was always professional and highly engaged in our project. When we engaged Phil to design our home we had just bought a small block with constricted building options due to a main sewage pipe running along parts of it. Phil came up with a creative and functional design meeting our brief and taking our thoughts into consideration. Phil managed the project all the way from drafting until we could move in, we felt safe placing our trust in him and the turnout is great. He was thoughtful of our budget and created a great home for us with relatively small means. If we were to make an extension or build a house again we would not hesitate to go to Phil next time as well.”

“We stumbled upon Arcologic Design by chance and we are so grateful that we did. After our first meeting with John Damant we knew we had the perfect architect for our difficult and challenging project. John was able to take the ideas we had in our heads, create a design that included everything on our wish list and then added in his touch (the real WOW factor) which resulted in a beautiful home. The canvas we gave John was a small steep sloping inner city block with amazing views. The brief included a heavy reliance on natural products, a low carbon footprint, a rain water tank and no air conditioning. Remarkably John was able to achieve this and within budget. Throughout the project John has been there to help and guide us. His instinct is uncanny and his professionalism exemplary. We highly recommend John Damant and Arcologic Design. Without them our dream home would still be just that - a dream.”
