Thank you to Rara Architecture for renovating our Edwardian home in Melbourne. Their time management, creativity and imagination was second to none. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with Wesley and his team, their communication was great and initiative was impressive. Living interstate during the renovation we had to put our complete trust in Rara delivering the project and giving us regular updates. We were impressed by their communication and updates throughout the whole project. Their ingenuity and creativity displayed by the team was impeccable and they were able to deliver this work all within the budget and deadline given. Wesley listened to our brief and respected the importance of maintaining the integrity of our 1950s home whilst still addressing our desire to have all the modern conveniences and perks. We worked with Wesley and Mathilde at Rara Architecture to help us with planning our home renovation and have to say it was a refreshingly positive experience! The team is knowledgeable, organised and had great ideas on how we could make the most of our limited space. They took the time to explain each stage of the process from the start to us in detail so we always knew what to expect. I contracted Rara Architecture on a rooftop terrace in South Melbourne. The job involved drawing up plans for council planning, obtaining planning permission and then drawing up the building plans to obtain the building permit. One thing I value in my dealing with anybody is communication; it is an indication of professionalism and it develops trust. This job has been complicated by a VCAT submission involving a lot of back and forth between town planners, myself, Rara and the neighbour involved. The level of communication from Rara Architecture has been exceptional throughout. Wesley and his team have done a great job in working through a messy situation and getting the project back on track. I will recommend them to my friends and family for any future projects they may have.

Wesley designed the renovations for our existing house, He came up with some fantastic ideas based on our brief. He worked with us to incorporate his ideas with our own and we are more than happy with the results.
