“Words can’t express my gratitude and how satisfied I am with Rogue Architects. When they say A1 service Aman is definitely the person to give you that. Honestly I used a few architects before finding Rogue Architects and I wished I had found him earlier. The level of his professionalism is just out of the world and the quality of work that he provides you none of the other architects compares and Aman has a beautiful personality in general so that on top of how good he does his job, is just the perfect combination. At first I cared about cost so I would try find someone affordable but I found their work was rubbish and I ended up having to pay much more in the end then if I had just gone with someone slightly more expensive but gets the job done to satisfactory level. Now I have learnt my lesson and will never make that mistake again because Aman is honestly the best architect out there and worth every dollar that he charge because he will give you way beyond what you’re paying for unlike others that might quote you less in the beginning but then slug you along the way and waste a lot of your time. “I would not hesitate at all in recommending Luke to work through options and finding a good acceptable result that still meets the customer’s vision. It has been very refreshing to work with Luke. In my working career I was an engineer and often engineers and builders would struggle with Architects as having great designs that were very difficult to build. Luke is definitely not in that category. He will work with you to keep the vision but minimise the cost. We had an unpleasant experience with a builder when we did extensive renovations to our home about 20 years ago. We were left with many faults and we dismissed the builder. The alfresco Patio was never completed properly. We tolerated it and the usual family priorities took preference. Recently we decided it’s time to finish it. We then got involved with Luke and wished we had someone like him 20 years ago. We gave him a brief for the Alfresco area to be airy, cool, provide protection from rain and look a part of the house. We had a low budget, some certification issues to fix, and were concerned our dream would be not possible. Luke was exceptional in working around current Certification issues left from our previous experience including checking the BAL rating which was new to us. To his credit he took on the job despite the existing issues and it not being a huge job. A lot of others we asked turned it down. He fitted it in amongst his larger jobs. He was a great communicator and would set times to chat and always spend time with us working through the options. I had some early discussions with a couple of builders to assess some sort of costs. As a concept was developing Luke asked for the builder to be involved in the development of the design. I haven’t previously experienced the depth of the engagement that evolved and the interaction between them discussing different options. The result being a design that meets our scope and keeps the vision we had at an acceptable cost. Luke also has a good network of people from various trades and professions. He is very easy to work with. Definitely a 5 Star operator from my experience.”
