Throughout the process, the Sky's engagement was outstanding. During the building period, we also engaged Sky as our Contract Administrator. Sky checked in with us and the builder every fortnight to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and aligned with the design. He was always highly responsive, efficient, and proactive in addressing any queries or potential issues, which gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the build. Sky's ability to collaborate effectively with our builder ensured that the design was executed exactly as intended, without any compromises on quality or detail. While Sky's engagement did come at a cost, the value he delivered was absolutely worth it. The level of expertise, creativity, and attention to detail he brought to the project exceeded our expectations, and we firmly believe that the final result justifies the investment.
