It is a common comment from most of my clients because I don't think they believe the potential until they have experienced an entire year's performance for themselves.
Nevertheless it is very reassuring when I hear it each time because it gives me confidence to promise such claims to new clients each time. As you know we have a few minor problems to solve for the summer, however once the gardens are established I believe the heat sinks in each courtyard will reduce significantly. I look forward to photographing the completed interior once you have finished decorating the old house.
Here are a few photos I took during construction.
All the best
Maybe we should get Louis to buzz overhead again now it's finished! How has the place stood up to the storm?..and how often have you used the heater through winter? Another client has just told me they have only lit a fire 3 times the whole winter period.
It's been some time since you posted my review. I am somewhat remiss in not responding earlier. Firstly, thank you for the valuable comments you have made.
Now that the weather is fining up we should be able to finish the poll and courtyard area
for you to enjoy this summer. I will keep on Peter's hammer to get it done. I have really appreciated you both as clients because you have not taken any steps without referring it to me for an opinion. this is really special because it means that the entire project can be consistently optimised with your best interests in mid. the end result will be spectacular. I can't wait to photograph the end product once you have selected your new furniture etc.
Keep in touch
P.S. Here are a couple of early photos
Thanks for the review.
Today I have resubmitted the final information required by the council planner. The stormwater management plan will be submitted separately very soon. I trust this will facilitate a prompt approval and we can move on to the next stage. Your project has certainly elicited numerous concepts that were enjoyable to work on. I wish we could have built them all!... but I think the current plan suits your needs and budget the closest. Hope you agree!
