“Difficult to not sound unrealistic about this lovely & talented human being. Demis is so easy to communicate with and seems to clearly understand a brief. I was so impressed with him on every professional level and on a personal note, his calm demeanour was so helpful to me through the stresses of dealing with Council and L&E Court. In fact, without Demis' attention at the correct time, I doubt very much whether I would have persevered through the process to get our DA. One of the things that makes Demis unusual in this industry is that he genuinely wants to give the client exactly what they want, but he's also very able to suggest other alternatives which he feels might achieve a better result. An architect who listens! An architect who develops and improves on the starting point. An architect who knows the boundaries of tedious legislation and when these can be pushed, and when they can't. An architect without arrogance, and a truly lovely man.”

“From the moment I stepped into Karanda Interiors and handed my house plans over to Toni Ford I knew everything was going to brilliant and she didn't prove me wrong. It was the absolute best decision I ever made. I would not have the home I have today. With over 40 years of experiece in interiors her knowledge was worth every single cent. She is highly professional and well respected in her industry. She listened to what I wanted from start to finish. My brief was to fit a family of six with a separate area for my 84 year mum on a 323 sq block of land. Not a problem she said! I booked her on the spot for the long haul to oversee the completion of my home. There are so many decisions to make from the colour of the walls to what type of oven you want. She guided me with very clever interior design and interior architecture ideas cutting out all the confusion and stress associated with building a home. Going shopping with her for kitchen appliances/ bathroom fittings/ floor coverings etc was so easy and simple. She also gave me great ideas to decorate and style my home. Toni has an extensive in house fabric/ blind and shutter library why would you go anywhere else. She maximised the limited space in my home to it's full potential. She can also custom make furniture to place in your home cutting out all the leg work. I now have a beautiful home which is functional, flows,easy to maintain and clean. Everyone is happy!!”
