We are a highly skilled Architectural studio located on the Mornington Peninsula specializing in the design of unique high quality new homes & renovations. The majority of our work is located on the peninsula and Bayside Melbourne. Over the years we have intentionally remained a small design practice as we feel this is key to offering our clients are highly focused personalized service. The success of our projects lies not only in great design but also in our ability to work closely as a team with our clients, consultants & builders from the initial concept design through to hand over of the completed build. 9 years ago, we asked Michael to design us a new house with a wow factor to go on our existing Rye block to replace our three level holiday house. As the house backs onto the National Park there were all kinds of fire restrictions that had to be incorporated into the build. He did not disappoint and for the past 7 years we have been living here enjoying the great views and a beautiful home. Also, this house featured in an edition of House and Garden.

Warwick and I would highly recommend Michael at Zenibaker Architects. He is professional, creative and a great communicator. His relaxed nature and calm approach made us feel at ease and in very safe hands. He worked with our ideas and collaborated to come up with a wonderful beachfront design. He provided us clear and regular updates through the process so we were never left wondering. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Michael and we can’t wait to start the build.
