If you are an interior designer wanting to pass these products to clients Technique Our products are hand felted using the finest New Zealand wool and fibre: Merino, Llama, Alpaca, Angora Goat and other unusual breeds of coloured sheep: English Leicester, Gotland Pelt, Lincoln, Romney, all lovingly bred by hobby farmers within 30 minutes of my home in Canterbury, New Zealand. I buy the fleeces straight off the sheep's back, so to speak and this is the type of material we use in our products, along with carded and combed wool and alpaca fibre. Felting is a very labour intensive procedure. All steps are by hand using warm soapy water. We use a natural French soap made of olive oil. All our products are eco friendly with no added chemicals. No animals have been harmed or have died in producing our products. We are really excited and proud to be utilising such a wonderful, natural resource of New Zealand.
