A new timber deck installed over my old balcony tiles along with a new bifold door opening my lounge room right up to my new stylish outdoor space. Smart privacy solutions also meant that my previously unused balcony has become the apartments star attraction. Dave regularly checks in to make sure everything is up to standard, and the few times I’ve needed an adjustment or two he’s responsive and it’s never a hassle for him. He’s also a genuinely good guy, which for me was a key decision factor given he became a big part of my life over 2025 while the work was being done.
