“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“Bubbles Bathroom gutted and completely refurbished our second bathroom. The renovation brought the bathroom in keeping with the look and feel of the rest of the warehouse style apartment which was completely overhauled in 2002. I felt an instant connection with Owen Barnes, the designer responsible for our project. My vision was his vision and he had the skills to make it all come to life. Owen's attention to detail was both thoughtful and meticulous - he kept us involved every step of the way. No technical problem, and there were a few given the open plan lay out and common services issues typical of apartment living, was insurmountable. Owen's expertise was evident in his thorough evaluation of all options. We were at all times confident in his guidance and happy to take his advice. Whilst Owen's team took charge of the building works, Owen closely supervised the works ensuring the workmanship was nothing short of perfection. The proof is in the pudding. We received two design awards for the project and couldn't be happier about the magical transformation. As all our guests say, the bathroom has a modern and luxurious feel yet all the appeal of a simple and timeless elegance. I can't wait to work with Owen again on my next project.”
