Dream Bathrooms

"I was waiting to write this review hoping the company will fulfil their promise. To be fair and honest, the trade team did great job, the company failed in communications, professionalism and keeping to the contractual agreement. Renovations commenced aerly March of 2016, while my husband and I where overseas, with the oversight of the renovations left in the hands of a trusted building supervisor contracted by the company. Updates and photos were sent when requested, as opposed to what the contractual agreement mentioned that they would be provided on a regular base. The renovation went into overtime, passed the contractual agreement and were compensated prior conclusion of the renovations. The big issue started on our return in July, trying to make an appointment for the final inspection and placing our accessories where they should be. Project manager could not be contacted by us nor by the company. . Weeks of frustration for us. "Dream Bathrooms " was not responding to our calls or emails, even though all the renovations were paid in full at the end of the project and before the final inspection that didn't occur. The most frustrating fact was that when we went to their showroom, confronting them in person, receiving a reply "it's only accessories " as though it's not a big deal. We are approaching Christmas and we are still awaiting the final installation of accessories in both the bathroom, toilet and white good areas. First impression can only be made once…Dream Bathrooms did not leave that impression and left us with an unfinished project, that warrant follow up from an outside contractor, resulting in spending additional monetary funds for the final finishing touches.
