Refresh Renovations Gold Coast Martin Peirone

Bathroom Designers & Renovators in Helensvale, Queensland

12 August 2021

“My major villa renovation included floors, kitchen, three bathrooms, electrical and plumbing. I was looking for a project manager who could ensure the job was completed with quality, on time and on budget. Martin and his team provided excellent service and I am thrilled with the final results. The process from initial consultation, to design, costing and completion was smooth and reassuring. Helene's designs were functional and attractive and Paul, the building manager ensured all work was completed to my satisfaction. The coordination of all teams was the key to a successful outcome. Thank you to the Refresh team! I highly recommend this service.”

“Modern Bathrooms renovated my 20-year-old master ensuite (in the Toowong area) and I am delighted with the results. Samuel made the renovation process stress-free from the beginning of the project until the end. He consulted me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with all decisions and provided great advice when I struggled to make up my mind. At the end of each work day Samuel ensured that my house was left clean (I am very meticulous so this is a huge compliment). Samuel is very hard-working, detailed and professional. I highly recommend Modern Bathrooms and I will be hiring them again when I renovate my second bathroom.”

Spacial Design Solutions

Bathroom Designers & Renovators in Helensvale, Queensland

20 October 2014

“I hired Helene of Spacial Solutions as my bathroom designer when I renovated 2 bathrooms in 2013. She was also the link with the excellent building company who did the construction. We have 2 beautiful bathrooms as a result. Helene took a detailed brief, she very quickly understood the vision I was trying the achieve and she came up with very functional and appealing solutions. She also suggested a clever remodelling of an adjacent bedroom and redundant play area which solved a problem I'd been grappling with for years AND gave us more bathroom area. Helene had access to helpful suppliers and in doing so she was always mindful of our budget. She also understood our need to have the renovations completed in a 6 week timeframe and the work was finished virtually to the minute - rare I think. Helene and the builders were both solution oriented and they really tried to find ways to achieve all we were aiming for. I have since recommended Spacial Solutions to a number of friends. One year on and our bathrooms are everything we hoped for. They are a pleasure to use, remarkably easy to maintain and still look brand new. Not bad for a family with teenagers!”
