I am delighted with my recent experience with Novale Bathrooms. From my initial contact with them to the final handover of the finished product, the team at Novale was professional, honest, responsive and reliable. I found the Design Service to be particularly valuable; while I had some ideas about how I wanted my new bathroom to look, I welcomed their expertise, experience and advice, and was particularly grateful that they took responsibility for ordering and checking all the materials and fittings. Their contract was explicit in its detail, leaving me in no doubt about the scope of works to be carried out, and any changes were required to be approved by me before they went ahead. Once the build was underway, I found the use of their app incredibly helpful and the daily updates and photographs gave me peace of mind, especially since I was travelling overseas for some of this time. They took excellent care of my place and left everything neat and tidy at all times. They also kept to the proposed timeline, without any delays. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Strongly advise against using this company. The management has been unreasonable, unfair and inflexible. We were clear and transparent about our needs from the outset. We have had to terminate our contract and now Steve has asked us to pay for extortionate costs including legal fees for drafting their termination agreement, admin fees, and costs for work already paid for in full. We also paid for an insurance certificate that we did not receive. Beware of unfair contract penalties and misleading communications.

We are a family business that takes great pride in our transparency and commitment to delivering excellent service. Over the past 25 years, we have built a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
While we strive to resolve all issues amicably, disputes can occasionally arise. In this case, you requested termination of the contract during the preliminary stage (before construction), which is essential for ensuring a smooth renovation. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement on the terms of termination, including the recovery of costs for services already rendered, such as the use of our intellectual property and our designers’ time.
We are disappointed that we could not resolve this matter directly. To ensure a fair and objective resolution, we have proactively referred this matter to Fair Trading for mediation and are committed to abiding by their decision. As of now, Fair Trading has not reached a conclusion. The terms of our contract are essential to protect both our clients and ourselves should disputes arise.
We take transparency very seriously, and if we have the opportunity to learn from the outcome of the mediation, we are committed to doing so. We believe that the statements made do not fully reflect our dedication to fair and transparent dealings. We remain focused on resolving this issue justly and fairly.

Every step of the way, Novale made it easy for me to bring a bathroom vision to life - from the initial quote to the design consultation to the quality craftsmanship that is part of the Novale brand. It was easy to communicate with everyone - from the front office, to the designer to our site manager, Brad Bendyke, nothing was every a problem, and we were consulted the whole way through. I am thrilled with our new bathroom and laundry - completed at the same time, and on time and within the expected budget. Such a positive experience and outcome!

We spent a few months checking bathroom reviews before choosing Novale. From the first meeting with Arthur to work on a quote then working with Phil and Kristian throughout the project, everyone was amazing. It all ran to plan, minimal disruption to us and brilliant preparation to avoid any damage to walls and floors. I highly recommend Novale bathrooms. When we are ready to refurb the en-suite Novale will be the first company we contact.

Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded!! It was a huge decision for us in choosing a company to renovate our bathroom and ensuite. We needed a company whom we felt a comfortable connection with and could trust to meet our highly particular standards. After obtaining numerous quotes, it was Kim at Novale Bathrooms who kept in touch with us on a regular (but not regular enough to put us off) basis and were willing to review their initial quote to better suit our budget. We were also impressed with Steve’s confident knowledge and non pushy attitude when we first obtained the quote. The Novale Bathrooms experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Where do we start … we were impressed with Marc whom was appointed as our Site Supervisor. He turned up at 7am every single morning as he said he would, he kept us informed ahead of time as to which trades would be at our home each day, the work areas were kept clean and tidy by Marc throughout the build, and Marc also communicated with us for our decisions throughout the process instead of doing something he “thought” we might like. We absolutely love our new bathroom and ensuite. Without hesitation, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Novale Bathrooms.

If you want the bathroom renovation done in most professional way talk to Novale. Save your time looking around, they will get job done in time and hessel free. They have been recommended by consultant at Reece and that was something. I already have recommended to friends and families and they are satisfied as I am.
