Shine Kitchen & Bathroom

I'm a fully qualified cabinet maker with over 30 years experience in the kitchen industry and recently bought nearly 6k in cabinets from this company. Although the overall product is just ok, I had a lot of issues with things being out of square, microwave base drawer front not being the same height as their standard drawer fronts and the vinyl kickboards only had glue around the edges not on the face so when you cut them they chipped/ripped open badly and most of the doors, drawer faces are bowed and too many other things too numerous to mention. Overall it was a headache because I have become used to how great our Aussie product is and how poor this Chinese stuff is. It doesn't matter that it's cheaper, it should still be up to a good standard. First and last time unfortunately

Have brought several lots of cabinets found them to be very well built with solid backs. Did have an issue with one door that was twisted they exchanged it no problems at all. Highly recommend. Richard

Ordered a kitchen from shine living. Had to exchange the drawer runners 3 times. Quality is very poor. There are odd gaps between doors and feet break and support bars also break. Very very disappointed in the product initially. Eventually needed to order customised end panels and a few cupboard doors. I am told I need to pay extra upfront and that it will take 8 weeks. I ring back after 8 weeks and I am told that the manufacturer in china haven't been allowed to manufacture ANYTHING for 8 weeks due to pollution. [Name withheld] cannot tell me when my customised items will be ready and it could possibly be another 3 weeks and that she will call me if they arrive. So now I have been left with cupboards missing and no end panel for my bench and we cannot finish the kitchen until we get these ordered items. [Name withheld] can become very aggressive and rude when you return to follow up her offer to customise pieces. Very Disappointed. And still waiting on my order. I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs.
