From my initial approach to Smarter, I was impressed. Nadia responded to my queries in a polite, informative manner and soon after I was introduced to the lovely Ellen who soon got the ball rolling in regard to my bathroom renovation. If patience is a virtue, then Ellen has it in spades. A previous costly renovation a few years earlier, had resulted in me having a badly leaking shower recess and suffering much angst, so I was reluctant to commit to another project without adequate assurance that the faulty construction would not be repeated. This Ellen provided along with her excellent knowledge and experience in the design filed. Then along came the calm efficiency of the delightful Vrushali. Between them, Ellen and Vrushali got me over the line. Next came Mirnes. What can I say! What an amazing Project Manager. From the outset, Mirnes inspired confidence and showed an incredible ability to check each stage of the construction, ensuring that work was being completed to the highest standard. His standards are high and for that I am extremely appreciative. If Mirnes says something will be done, then you can rest assured that it will be done. Along the way, I had to regularly touch base with Ellen and Vrushali with a stream of queries and question and they always got back to me promptly and never once did they make me feel that I was being a nuisance. although I am sure at times I was! As I mentioned previously, the tradesmen seemed to be genuinely friendly and keen to provide an excellent quality of work. They were considerate of working around household dynamics. To summarise, my reason for rating Smarter so highly is that I feel fortunate to have had such a great team working on my behalf to ensure a satisfactory outcome of my bathroom renovation. Excellent communication at all times, excellent friendly personable approachable tradesman, excellent time management and excellent standard of care and responsibility. What more can I say. Thank you.

I would like to say that I am impressed with smarter bathrooms but unfortunately that is not the case and I would find it difficult to recommend them This was the second bathroom that I had renovated by smarter bathrooms the first was acceptable with just a couple of small issues but this time their lack of attention to small detail left us feeling disappointed. When you are paying the amount of money that we did you would think considering this being our second renovation that they would try to make sure that everything was perfect. This was not the case and the number of issues that we had were totally unacceptable. The actually renovation took longer than anticipated due to drainage in shower blocking and water entering apartments below. Cabinet draw having to be replaced as there was no access for power socket. Width of cabinet not to expectations. Toilet height lower than anticipated. Spa bath damaged during renovation. Although they offered to rectify all issues by completion we felt it was all to late

I used this company during COVID to do my bathroom and just finished my kitchen renovation with them in September. Easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Both renovations finished on time and as quoted. Caroline, Dee and Nick all very approachable and happy to answer all my questions. I would certainly use them again and recommend to anyone ! We have just had our family bathroom and powder room completed by Smarter Bathrooms and very happy with the final results. Ellen made the design choices easy by collating my ideas and requirements and offering options that would suit the asheatic of our house but still look current and offer the practicality of a family bathroom and powder room. Brett and his team of trades were efficient and co ordinated well with fantastic finishes and on time. Overall we are very satisfied customers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend using the Smarter Bathroom team in the future

I specifically looked for Vanessa Cook to do our bathroom, given the amazing work she had done for us in the past and I found her at SmarterBathrooms+, Along with Nick, Aymen and the SmarterBathrooms+ team, we now have an incredibly beautiful bathroom that exceeded all of our expectations. Not only that, you couldn't wish for a friendlier, more communicative and professional bunch of people. Nothing was too hard for them to sort and the message was crystal clear - 'we want you to be happy and we will do what it takes to make sure you are!'. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I am going to start the review with this... Make sure you reach out to Smarter Bathrooms+ when you are looking to redesign/freshen up your home (no matter how big or small the job is.. make sure you call them). We redesigned our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry/butler pantry with Smarter Bathrooms+, a 12 week renovation. Our overall experience was fantastic. Having a Project Manger was key for my husband and I due to our work commitments and moving interstate during the renovations. We definitely got exactly what we were after :) Mirnes (our Project Manager) kept us up to date, on track and involved where we needed to be to make decisions. Mirnes made the process seamless for us. Everyone at Smarter Bathroom+ was happy to help and work with us to ensure we were 110% happy. Our home looks amazing inside and will do for a very very very long time thanks to Smarter Bathrooms+.

We first used Smarter 6 years ago to renovate our ensuite. We had no hesitation in using them again to have our bathroom of 30+ years modernised. I’m delighted to say that Caroline, Tin Tin & Vanessa were fantastic with design ideas and suggestions. Nick with some help from Megan was a terrific Project Co-ordinator. Together they went above & beyond to ensure we were 100% happy. All the tradies were so polite & professional and take such pride in their work. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Smarter to family & friends :-)

Great Team & Wonderful Result We are so pleased we chose Smarter Bathrooms for our Kitchen & Bathroom/Laundry renovation. Right from our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. Our fabulous team of TinTin our Designer and Vrushali our Detailer helped us step by step through the design process, choosing tiles, cabinetry, colours and accessories with meticulous detail and Brett our wonderful Project Manager supervised the works like it was his own home. We were so impressed at how the team looked after our home with dust covers, floor protection and the extremely high safety standards for their tradespeople. They even protected our neighbour's homes from dust and debris which they appreciated very much. We love the finished result and the superb quality of the work. We highly recommend to others.

Great job juggling all the confusion with Covid lockdowns. Good quality and great communication. their billing system is a little company focussed rather than client focussed, but this can be worked around. Greg did a great job as project manager and Ellen as designer.
