We just finished having our main bathroom, en-suite, WIR and study renovated by Smarter bathrooms. Doing this all during COVID and whilst living in the home was always going to be challenging, but we were very glad we picked Smarter Bathrooms for the Job. Hannah was so collaborative during the design process, she really understood our needs and incorporated this into an effective and flexible design (we even got to pick our own tiles and fittings). Adrian was our project manager, and handled the curve balls that our old Edwardian threw at him With professionalism and charm. We did have issues occur (one of them major due to a trader error) but Adrian handled our stressed out concerns very well and made sure these were corrected without any pushback and at no extra cost to us. Although it took a little longer than planned, We love the end result and quality of workmanship and would recommend Smarter bathrooms

I have just had my kitchen and bathroom fully renovated by the Smarter Bathroom Team who provided an exceptional service to my expectations and beyond. I especially want to thank Antony my Project Manager, who was always punctual, diligent and meticulous to the very last detail from start to finish with the renovations. In addition. Antony kept me informed with the progress of these renovations in an environment that was challenging due to COVID and the Christmas break. We have recently bought a house which needed significant renovation done. This essentially replaced the old laundry with a new European laundry in the garage and sweeping changes to the kitchen to incorporate the extended space in a feature construction. We also needed extensive painting to complete the works. Considering this was during the Covid-19 restrictions we expected problems. We approached several recommended companies but quickly realised that support and service from SB+ was significantly better than the others. The chance to get most of the work done while still under Covid-19 before we moved in meant that we had minimal problems overall. I have been highly impressed by the quality of design and the professionalism of the whole team in getting the work done. They responded promptly to all our requests and provided a schedule of works which was adhered to 100%. I have no hesitation in recommending SM+ to take on challenging home renovation projects and to complete on time and in budget with friendly helpful staff. What more could one hope to get. We have undertaken a number of renovations over the years but none has proceeded as well as our recent bathroom renovation with Smarter Bathrooms and that was achieved despite the Covid19 complications. I would highly recommend the entire SB+ team. I am two months into a three month renovation and I couldn’t be happier with how the project is progressing. SB+ have demonstrated every care and attention to detail they promised and more. Everything from ensuring the security of my property at all times to installation of extensive floor protection and dust minimisation. Absolutely thrilled that I chose Smarter Bathrooms! This fantastic team of designers Sharon and Ellen (who went to the ends of the earth to source the pink tiles I wanted!), and Frans the Project Manager, made this process seamless. Sharon showed such enthusiasm with my "design" ideas, and was meticulous in tweaking these. Frans was an absolute perfectionist - even pulling off laid tiles that were not perfect - this was at no extra cost to me - I thought that was incredible! My ensuite and powder room are transformed from 20 year old dreary to a beautiful, dreamy space - I am beyond thrilled. Everything was communicated expertly, and were always there to answer my questions. I am really happy with my new bathroom. The team at Smarter Bathrooms were great to work with and helped make the whole process from start to finish seamless. Hannah was very helpful during the design phase and the project team led by Peter were very professional. I live in an apartment building and this was done through COVID stage three restrictions but everything was managed really well and I did not have to worry about organising anything which was a great relief. I am enjoying my new bathroom immensely.

It gives me GREAT delight to write this review for Smarter Bathrooms Smarter Kitchens. Three years ago I engaged SB-SK to renovate my bathroom. They transformed the space into a workable, luxurious, fantastic bathroom. This year, 2020, there was NO OTHER company or kitchen ‘specialist’ that I would go to! I went straight to SB-SK. After reading a glowing review about their Design Manager, Vanessa Cook, I called her and the process began. Vanessa listened intently to my brief, my expectations, my desires and took into consideration my finances. She was BRILLIANT in every way and none of my questions were too complicated or difficult to answer. Vanessa’s design and colour combination were on-point. Vanessa brought in Megan Kivivali, Design Specifier who complimented the process. Fantastic! Peter Crump was my Building Supervisor throughout. I had worked with Pete three years ago as he Supervised my bathroom renovation. Peter is a consummate professional, an excellent craftsman with attention to detail and he is a talented and dedicated Supervisor. Pete will go above and beyond to make sure the client is happy and informed throughout the building procedure. BRILLIANT Pete! Peter’s crew: JP and Ben, Joshua and partner, Danny, Jason, Matt, EVERYONE who worked on my kitchen was respectful, exceptional and skilful in their chosen trade. Russell, Peter and the whole team at SmarterBathrooms have made a potentially stressful process actually very enjoyable! We loved collaborating on the design and Russell really helped channel our ideas into a lovely bathroom, it's beautiful, functional and easy to clean! They really know their stuff and the quality of work is outstanding. It was a very clear and organised process with trades turning up on time, friendly, courteous and very tidy and clean. Thank you again for such a great experience and a bathroom I love to use everyday.
