“Purchased a Spine Align mattress back in January 2021. Had some problem with the top layer sagging making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Rang Kathlyn to ask if this was abnormal for the short time that we had the bed. She immediately made arrangement to come to our home in person to inspect the mattress and agreed that there was a fault in the foam underlay. She didn't hesitate in arranging for the mattress to be replaced with a new one. Note: We had a similar problem with a previous mattress but could not get anyone from the store that sold it or the manufacture of the mattress to admit that there was a problem and they therefore didn't want anything to do with it.”
