We did most of our two bathrooms with Renovator Store. They have all the stuff we were after and much cheaper than two showrooms we went to. The shower grates came very quickly and we got several black taps and towel rails. Talk to Paul in customer service as he is great

I had previously purchased two shower toughs that were good Then I purchased a combination rain shower that was installed by a licensed plumber . The shower extension blew out on three occasions . Renovator store replaced components twice then suggested that I purchase a new item and they would replace the faulty one if it was found to be faulty . Guess what , they found no fault I asked for the faulty one back and had it tested and it came apart again The are fine if you don't have a problem . They even circulated derogatory emails about my complaint . Not worth taking legal action the business is owned by someone who fully knows how to dodge facing up to legitimate claims

I bought led lighting from the store and used 1800 electrician service to swap them over. All products arrived on time and the electrician service was prompt calling back and doing the job. My only issue was the associated discount was a bit slow in being processed but they assured me that this problem has now been fixed.
