“Advantage Property Styling recently assisted me with partial styling of my apartment prior to selling the property. They converted my second bedroom from the study setup I had to a warm and inviting bedroom. According to my sales agent this made a world of difference with the sale price achieved being well beyond my expectations and was in fact a building record!! The investment in furniture and styling was repaid at least 10 times! Thanks to the team at Advantage Styling for a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend their services if you are considering selling your home and want to get the best sale price you can.”

“I was very daunted by the task of renovating our 1920’s house, whilst still trying to maintain the classical look of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Marylou. She was professional, displayed a great sense of attention to detail and was mindful of what we wanted. She assisted us in choosing the paint colours, tiles, appliances, fabrics and soft furnishings. She facilitated the process by providing a small choice of what she felt was suitable and took me to shop for appliances and furnishings. I would highly recommend Marylou to anyone in need of refurbishing their home. We have enjoyed living in our home whilst enjoying the practical aspects, too. Bertha Shakinovsky”

She has a great sense of space and so can straddle the divide between interior designer and architect and is also able to provide great contacts for other professionals needed for a project. “We engaged Lisa to provide interior design advice for an investment unit renovation. This included paint colour, carpets, bathroom and kitchen products and layout and light selection. She did a fantastic job of working within the brief which was to provide a "wow" factor on the interiors but stay within our 'investment' budget. What I like about working with Lisa is that she listens and comes up with alternatives, after the consultation was over she followed up and helped resolve any decisions. I would highly recommend Lisa if you want a talented, professional and pragmatic designer that is easy to work with. Freya Elliott”

“I hired Anna from McMillan Design in 2018 to renovate my bathroom in my studio apartment in Glebe, and the finished result was not only immaculate but impressive. Anna provides an excellent service and truly looks after her clients. Not only does she go above and beyond assembling a team of trustworthy, hard working individuals but she also ensures every step of the way your satisfaction and approval. Naturally as unforeseen issues popped up she was able to deal with them swiftly and efficiently ensuring the project remained on track. Above all, McMillan Design provided me with not only a fully functional and spunky new bathroom design, but also a wonderful, collaborative experience. I cannot recommend enough McMillan Design if you are truly after any type of renovation which sees your dream designs heard and attended to. Thank you for all the hard work!”
