“We have used Quadrant Design for two projects - a renovation in Prahran (2004/5), and a new house in Barwon Heads(2007/8). Working with Tony and his team was a truly collaborative effort, with complete give and take between architect and client. The attention to detail on both projects was outstanding - nothing was too small to be ignored. Little things made all the difference, such as the 'scalloping' of the window frames at the Barwon Heads house, which greatly enhance the visual appeal of the place. All deadlines were met, both in the design and the build phases & the way Tony interacted with the builders (different ones on the 2 projects) meant we had none of the builder/architect tensions that can so often arise. Both projects came in on time and, importantly, on budget. We were so satisfied that we are about to embark on another house design/building exercise with Tony and the team at Quadrant.”

“We found Parveen after contacting many local designers and finding they were either way out of our budget, or just never responded to our enquiry. Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“Sally’s brief began with the lighting, but very soon extended to engaging her services for every aspect of the interior design of our home. It was obvious early on that having Sally involved throughout would produce a much more sophisticated result in a lot less time and would also save us money in the long run. We aren’t confidant or experienced decorators so it was enormously helpful to have Sally guide us. Sally really appreciated the unique nature of our home and its environs and somehow understood the approach we wanted to take. She has a remarkable design aesthetic and was able to translate our feelings and thoughts about how we wanted our place to look into something real and tangible that we now enjoy and are grateful for every single day. Sally is really wonderful to work with. She is a genuinely lovely person that takes a lot of pride and care in her design work; big or small. Having Sally help us made the process of decorating our home enjoyable: not stressful in any way. I would and do recommend Sally to everyone that is considering doing some interior design work.”

“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“Denise, from DSDezines worked with my ideas about what I wanted for my spaces,and provided advice and ideas based on these, while also adding to them. She spent a great deal of time consulting me to understand not only what we liked, but also how we lived in the house so the pieces chosen were not only beautiful, but functional. Another thing I valued was that Denise kept the whole of the interior of my house in mind when planning how to furnish and decorate a room. This meant it was possible to focus on one room, or space at a time, while having an overall plan for the look I was trying to create for the whole house. I love my study, where I work most days. Denise can also access a good range of suppliers, with many options to choose from. She goes above and beyond trying to source just the write piece of furniture, or decoration. Overall, I found Denise and the service she offered helped to make the process of turning out new house into our lovely home exciting and enjoyable. I continue to use her service on an ongoing basis when I'm ready to tackle the nest project in the house. Thanks Denise.”

“Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough! Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. They were reliable, followed up and researched as need be and as promised, met expectations, and made sure both their and my expectations were met from a quality, vision, and cost perspective, consulting and keeping me informed every step of the way. The project was undoubtably a huge success in every regard, and I have confidence that not only will my bathrooms serve us well for many years to come, but also that Demardi will long be my trusted go to for all my building and renovation needs.”
