“Curt Hofer & Associates built a home for us in 2012. We love our home. Steve, the company president, is honest and straight forward and very easy to work with. Marshall, the designer, was SO talented and really wonderful and creative. He listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted, then came up with a wonderful, functional plan. He was really fun and easy to work with. Craig, the financial officer, is very honest, kind and straight forward. They are all very knowledgable and easy to work with. They build multi-million dollar homes, and though our house was not as large as many of those, they treated us with patience and respect. Their whole team is a great bunch of people. We highly recommend them.”

“I would highly recommend Tangerine Designs for your next project. I started working with Tiffany 6 years ago and she has since redesigned my kitchen, laundry room/mud room and two baths. I have a late 1800's Victorian and she not only designed my rooms with superior functionality and beauty but also with period details. She understood exactly what I was looking for and created the most spectacular spaces. Andy and his expert craftmanship then made the designs a reality. Andy's attention to detail is exceptional. Two of the most pleasant, down to earth, hard hardworking people I have ever had the joy to work with. You will not be disappointed. ”

“Shandra Pettit, owner of Apropos Design in Omaha, NE helped us plan and complete a very complex bathroom remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results. Shandra listened carefully to my "dream" for my bathroom and helped me make it a reality. I especially appreciated her ability to push me slightly out of my comfort level to consider to products, styles and ideas. I ended up with my dream and more because of some ideas that Shandra introduced. The main reason I give her 5 stars is because now when someone visits my house the first thing I show them is my new bathroom. Everyone who sees it loves it. I always give Shandra most of the credit. When we plan our next remodel, most likely our kitchen, she will be who I call.”

“A friend referred me to Heartland Wood Floors, she has used them and was happy. And so am I. I had them refinish about 1,000 s.f. of wood floors in the living room, kitching and dining room. Before, the floors were red oak and badly yellowed and scarred. After, they are smooth with a rich warm ebony stain (used the water pop process). Beautiful! They started and finished the project on time. The crew was friendly. And they delivered the finished project exactally on time, as promised and on budget as estimated.”

“Elizabeth Monical is the most forward thinking designer I've come across. As someone who resides in the Midwest yet has a modern sense of design, I had a hard time finding a designer that had fresh modern ideas towards design. Elizabeth is that designer and has a special niche outside the conventional, traditional designers we have here. She was able to interpret my ideas into functional beautiful concepts for my living needs. She did it all, from the conceptual to the drawings to the specs for the custom design we incorporated. She brought my ideas to life! I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Looking forward to our next project!”
