We needed advice and they helped us to decide on the most appropriate fire and stove for our new build house. We also wanted a gas fire for our small snug and they sourced and organised the installation of both fires for us expertly and professionally with HETAS and Gas Safe approved fitters. “Darren and the team did a super job. I was very concerned about the mess with removal of brickwork, plastering etc and I can't fault them. The place was kept super clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk us through options and work with us to get the best result, all whilst being good humoured and professional. Fit and finish was to a super standard and we're delighted with the result. Very highly recommended.”

“From the very start to the marvellous end product The whole Flames team were fantastic. Their combined wealth of knowledge,exacting, precise advice made us know we were purchasing with confidence. The installing of the 'fake chimney' was, as quoted, amazing fast and the fitters were very obviously very experience, neat and tidy. No mess at all! The fireplace when installed far surpassed our expectations, it looks fantastic and has transfomed our whole sitting room. We love it! Can't thank Flames enough for everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”
