Right from our very first meeting with Lee we were confident that they could make our dream home a reality. The result was spectacular and we couldn't recommend the Aboda team highly enough. Many of our friends have since engaged their services upon our recommendation.

We discovered Aboda Designs after seeing their designs showcased on Houzz and are delighted we contacted them. From the start to finish of the project, the Aboda team were thoroughly professional and provided invaluable advice and expertise along the way. Lee, Scott and Andy brought our concept to life and the finished product is an absolutely stunning house and a testament to their design skills. The high quality result was achieved by expert management of the process from initial design to completion, including exceptional attention to detail in the design plans, open communication with us, council and the builder and a genuine interest in ensuring the final product addressed all of our particular requirements and maximised the features of the location. Communication during the project was excellent and our requests (no matter how numerous) were responded to promptly and with clarity. The Aboda team’s recommendations for both builder and suppliers were excellent and their co-ordination with our builder assisted in achieving a high quality and smooth running build close to budget. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation in highly recommending the Aboda team for any residential design and project management work.

I have known the guys from Aboda Design Group for quite a few years since they were introduced to me by my brother-in-law and builder Ian Callaghan (Fauna Homes). It was only natural that when it came to building our new house my wife and I engaged Aboda to come up with a design that suited our needs on our forward facing ocean view sloping block. I am very much a person who believes in individual expertise and therefore placed our trust in the team to come up with the concept and design. Aboda Design Group was outstanding on all levels. Their advice on what could be, the final design, selection of the builder and a landscaper, and communication and management during the build were all excellent. Lee, Scott, Andy and the team were always personable, accessible and professional. They provided guidance to us as building newbies, went the extra mile to accommodate our ideas and tweaks, and importantly knew when and how to gently push back when we got too loopy. Our house was designed and built while we lived overseas but things proceeded as if we were on site. Long story short, Aboda was a great choice for us and we have a house that we are proud to live in.

Absolutely loved working with the Aboda team - and loved what they created for us. They expertly interpreted a wide range brief (& a truck load of pinterest inspo pics) to design the beautiful but functional family home with were looking for - making the most of the sloping block and capturing views and breezes. Scott, Lee and the team were such fun to work with - super efficient, responsive and professional. They were up for all the design challenges we threw at them; always coming back with a considered response - and never seemed to mind discussing ideas at length... As ours was a remote build, Aboda were also our eyes and ears on the ground, making sure the build went as planned, which took a lot of stress out of the process. We thoroughly enjoyed the process & the outcome - and hope to work with Aboda again.

From the moment we met Lee and Scott on our vacant block with a loose concept of our dream home, we knew we were in good hands. We engaged Aboda to design our home on a sloping block with ocean views. The result is a fabulous contemporary beach house taking advantage of ocean views and cooling breezes. The open plan lends to casual living. Aboda were fantastic to deal with all the way.

We were introduced to Aboda by our excellent builder ( Gary Menzie from MDH Homes ). Scott and Lee impressed us and within minutes of our first site meeting they were discussing ideas that immediately appealed to us as owners. Our whole process with Aboda was incredibly easy and painless. Nothing was too hard and answers were aplenty when we thought things were getting out of hand !! More impressively to us was that through the simple Aboda design brief and the first site meeting the first design of our house was probably 99% of what we actually built. I would highly recommend Aboda to anybody looking for an impressively designed house by a very capable team. Aboda are an excellent choice.

We approached Aboda Design Group to design a family holiday home on our beachfront block. Our block was located remotely from ADG office as well as ourselves and presented some unique design challenges. After providing our brief we were presented with a concept for a home that completely blew us away. With an easement, setback regulations and covenants all resolved, the plans exceeded our expectations and dreams. Aboda Design Group brought the dream to life throughout the construction period working seamlessly with the builder. Their management of the construction left us with a stress free build which was invaluable given we are time poor people. Aboda’s drive for the highest quality product is second to none and as such we have a home built to perfection. Lee, Scott and Andy are not only highly skilled professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience, but just down to earth good blokes. The entire process from concept to completion was such an enjoyable experience, there is a part of us that will miss it. Aboda have been awesome to work with. We came to them with a really difficult slopping site with multiple easements. They've been able to overcome several major issues and squeeze every possible square meter of space out of it. Scott, Lee and Andy's knowledge and experience with building codes, design and engineering is second to none. Incredible attention to detail and highly efficient, the guys have gone above and beyond to deliver our dream home.
