Alex was a pleasure to work with, and his experience really showed throughout the design & DA process - other architects we spoke to during our initial tender were sceptical as to whether we’d get DA approval, but Alex was confident from the start and sure enough it all went through smoothly. No small feat given it was Woollahra council, who have strict guidelines and are very meticulous!

Alex designed a ground floor extension for our home. The service provided was highly reliable and extremely quick but thorough. Alex was able to help with the whole CDC process working with both our builder and certifier to help speed up the whole process. We are delighted with our design and look forward to the finished product.

I want to say how incredibly timely and punctual Alex was with all correspondence, he took my calls and gave so much of his time, he understood my vision with respect the design and the (especially / eventually) budget, and he stuck with me when I had questions and needed assistance after he had finished the work. Alex understood I was a novice and was patient with me, explained so much of the process, he designed not one but 2 beautiful functional spaces that were just what I asked for - but mainly he was up front about who he was at the beginning, and that we would work together, i.e. not hold each other up, keep it going and be a team in that way. Generally, Alex was just a pleasure to work with and someone who was recommended to me, whom I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Alex drew up the plans for our renovation underneath our house. It was quite a large renovation for us and Alex was very helpful and presented ideas to us. Alex is very professional and kept to our schedule. He submitted Council plans very professionally and in a good time frame. We would have no problem recommending Alex for any project.

Alexander did an amazing job for us! He is a professional who is willing to help his clients, listen to their ideas and visions. From start to finish the communication was flawless, all requested changes were addressed promptly and in a timely manner. Our trades confirmed that the architectural design makes perfect sense from every angle and they are quite excited to work on the project. Our home is still under construction, however it’s clear we have made the right choice working with Alexander. We engaged Alex to provide documentation and design for two projects: substantial alterations and additions to an existing house and a tricky dual occupancy conversion using elements of the existing house while adding a second level in order to effectively accommodate both units. We were very impressed with Alex's professionalism, design skills and quality of service.

Alex has done the plans for two houses for my Husband and I which were submitted to Council for DA approval. The first was a terrace in Surry Hills and the second, our current home in Randwick. Both sets of plans were passed without any modifications or issues. Alex came up with really good suggestions for how best to configure the space and was extremely efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him on any future projects.

Efficient and reliable. Alex will do his best to create the best possible design, which incorporates all customer requirements . Alex would not put a limit on design iterations and gets involved at all stages of the project.
