Jon Nannen (owner and designer) was absolutely brilliant. His knowledge and understanding of the build design and building codes was excellent. Jon is in tune with the building industry and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want in our house design. He is very approachable and flexible to consult with whilst maintaining a professional attitude.As a result we have a great set of detailed plans (including all relevant engineers details) complete and ready to submit to council. We had a floor plan and knew in our minds how the house should look. After going to 2 other designers, who did not "get" our concept, we were put in contact with Jon from All Aspect Design. Jon came to our property, and immediately began coming up with descriptions which totally clicked with our ideas. On the first draft Jon put a quite different spin on the design, however, from this process we adopted a couple ideas which improved our original plan. We revisited with Jon, and he happily made the changes we requested to get the design to our liking, and are now excited to get onto the next stage and make our "mental" house a reality.

We approached John at All Aspects Design to design our first home on our bush block. We currently have our concept drawings done and will shortly be moving onto the working drawings. Throughout the whole process John has been so professional and helpful, going put of his way to ensure we get exactly what we want. His advice and way of explaining everything has been super helpful as well! I have already recommended him to my parents, who have decided to go with him as well and would definitely recommend anyone else wanting their dream home designed!

Jon designed our fabulous bush studio and also dealt with all the local shire requirements, including the bush fire application. He put together exactly what we had imagined but we had difficulty in translating this to him but he included everything we wanted and gave some very good ideas. Given the fact we could not exceed 70m2 and have an extremely challenging block, Jon not only presented us with our "wish list" but also truly created space with an open plan layout that proved to be a game changer from our point of view. From the moment we met, Jon showed enthusiasm and really listened to what we wanted. His experience and patience, whilst also dealing with budgetary restraints was invaluable. The professionalism in handling the project from it's inception to the building permit being issued was without a doubt, validation of the RIGHT person being selected for this small but very bespoke design.
