We are enjoying our home so much more since we had work done on our home 8 years ago. That is when Jason & Nicki from arc seven.1 came into our home and suggested changes that we could make to update it. They did an amazing renovation where they totally gutted the main ensuite, laundry, powder room and kitchen dining/family room, replaced the tiles in the entry hallway with wooden floor boards and continued the wood up the stairs and passages and changed toilet, basins and shower in our second bathroom. This renovation was done while we were away overseas. They did an amazing job co-ordinating and making sure most of the work was done in the 6 weeks we were away! We were So impressed and delighted at their efficiency, hard work and dedication. They transformed our home from drab and tired to bright, warm, luxurious, and welcoming! They added, curtains, blinds, furniture and wooden floors ~ giving us the cosy feeling we needed. They even including a bonus surprise, a gas fire place in the family room! The modern spacious kitchen has heaps of storage and a pleasure to work in. It certainly is the heart of our home. Then 2 years ago Jason returned to our home to look at our patio/pool/garden area leading off our previously renovated family room. His suggestions were mind blowing! Raise the pool to patio level instead of having to walk down 5 steps to step into the pool 2 meters below, remove two large support pillars to open up the view of new pool and add a new garden. Jason drew up plans that would transform our awful back yard into an inviting peaceful relaxing and beautiful Space. It certainly has the WOW factor we Never thought we could achieve in our back yard!! They were both very professional, helpful, adventurous and seemed to know exactly what we wanted! We whole heartedly recommend Jason and Nicki. They are a great team to design your home or to transform your existing home by doing extraordinary renovations! Thank you Jason and Nicki!

Arc Seven.1 (Jason & Nicole Saunders) were skilful professionals in the delivery of our coastal residence. From the early conceptual design phase their ideas were innovative & in tune with our thoughts/ideas. Their design maximised our lot size & considered orientation to capture ocean views. Throughout the design/build process, Jason & and Nicole displayed their techical knowledge, design flair (both external & internal) but importantly, were accomodating to our thoughts, ideas & needs. We are thrilled with the project outcome & continue to receive many admirers of our home.

I have worked with Arc Seven.1 on several residential projects and find Jason and Nicole fantastic to work with, very approachable and easy to discuss ideas with.
