What a fab team, we engaged Marianna's services last year for our home Container Build Project, then after seeing the superb job that Rita does with the interior layout we also engaged her services. The whole team are knowledgeable, talented and think outside the box, and are always looking for stylish yet sustainable solutions to the project. We have been extremely happy with the services provided and look forward to the actual build to start early in the new year.

I engaged the services of Will Collins and his team when we constructed our house in 2011 and also in 2015 when we did a major extension. We were extremely happy with the knowledge and expertise provided by Will as he took the time to understand our goals and objectives for our new home. We have appointed GCBD as the Architects and Interior Designers for our $150K renovation in Burleigh Waters. Our home planning faced multiple challenges such as budget constraints, special environmental requirements and neighbouring lots considerations. Throughout this exciting and stressful time, Will and his team were there to guide, advise, and always find a smart solution to overcome issues and challenges. Will’s creativity, vast experience and ability to work around any difficulty we encountered, turned what might have been a really hard process into an exciting and fun project. The outcome of the process is a beautiful, human-centred design that is now being built (Nov 2016) by Dave Goymour and should be ready to move into by March 2017. We recently engaged Will Collins and Mariana Caro to transform a 30 year old basic two story brick beach house into a beautiful space that takes full advantage of the views, breezes and sunshine. We could not have been happier with both the design process and the results. Will and Mariana were both professional to work with and receptive to our goals, flexible in working with our ideas whilst also making clever and creative suggestions that we had not considered. As the house is in a slightly remote location much of our follow up communication needed to be by phone or email and I was impressed with the speed with which they responded to both myself and our builder. I have no reservations in recommending both Will and Mariana.

Mariana of Gold Coast Building Designers designed a new front entry for the childcare centre. She was able to incorporate our ideas in a stylish and playful way that will invite families into the centre and let the community know whats inside the building. A builder quoting on the job said her plans were very detailed and made his job so much easier. She assisted us in sourcing the necessary approvals, including Engineering plans. All this was done in a timely and considered way. We cant wait for the renovations to start. Thank you

It was an utmost pleasure to work with Will Collins and Mariana Claro from Gold Coast Building Designers on the design of our Currumbin Valley home. Now, 18 months after construction was completed, we can only say we are delighted. The result is a fantastic house that now happily hosts three generations of our family.
