Rodney from Ardlie Design and Drafting was very professional in the way that he handled our initial enquiries, he clearly outlined the process for us before starting any work and provided us with an excellent range of options for the extensions that we had in mind. He also used his building background to reinforce the structural implications and practicality of what we had in mind. Our space was quite limited and the range of solutions from Rodney were very impressive and certainly beyond our initial expectations, particularly regarding the living space, kitchen and laundry options which we can now confirm have worked extremely well.. Rodney has sound knowledge of the Complying Certification procedure and put together a comprehensive set of plans and specs for potential builders to use and to quote. On selection of our builder (Vervebuild) and during the building works Rodney was available at any time to address any questions that arose. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Ardlie Design and Drafting.
