“We brought the corner block on the entrance into the developing estate and felt that we had to do something totally different than what was already constructed. We approached Tracy at Arch Design Space. Tracy listened to our ideas and requirements and developed them into what is an amazing home. Our build due to our requirements had several complex design issues and Tracy worked through them with us. What we have ended up with is an easy to live in, spacious and thermally efficient house that attracts many compliments. As the home was being constructed we had neighbours and people driving by stop and ask about what we were doing with the various claddings and why. Once explained they congratulated us on being innovative and creative as the house stands out from surrounding dwellings. If we do another project in the future we will have no hesitation in engaging Tracy at Arch Design Space to design our next home.”
