Beilby Design started as a design and documentation business focusing on the boutique domestic market assisting clients to renovate or build new homes that were slightly different from the usual market offering. After training in the Project Home industry for 2 years and working for a high-end architect for 5 years, it was time to create my own business that focused on the talent of exposing opportunities in existing buildings and delivering new homes that exceeded client expectations The ability to understand clients objectives and deliver a design maximising the opportunities with cost-effective service. The process of problem-solving and delivering a quality outcome from challenging design programme. A critical part of design review and skill improvement is to visit completed projects and discover how the client has responded to the realised project usually over a glass of bubbles!
