I have worked with Bios Design Build Sustain on a number of projects for the last couple of years now, including a project winning national & regional awards for design, building & sustainability. Bios was used to perform a complete office refit of a 1600m2 facility in south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It was a difficult project as we were working with quite a restricted amount of space spread across two levels and whereby a large portion of the facility was a warehouse so trying to bring a high end look and feel to office, reception and kitchen areas was a challenge. Greg did an amazing job working through our minimum requirements and gained a really good understanding for the "City" look we were trying to achieve for our fit out. Greg managed every aspect of the project from floor plan , finishes , furniture, fabrics etc which contributed to an overall excellent result. Its now 4 years since the fittest was done and we are very pleased with the way it has aged, it still all looks as good today as the day we moved in and I think a lot of this comes down to the creativity in finishes suggested by Greg. If you are looking for a company with that edge without being forceful and overbearing then Bios is what you need. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greg for future work. Michael Capocchi
