The Building Designers Association of Queensland confirms that Bob Kain from BK Designer Drafting is a member of the BDAQ. A full member of BDAQ must hold a QBCC License in Building Design which requires particular technical qualifications and years of experience. As a BDAQ member they made a commitment to support and promote the ideals of the association in striving always to deliver the highest standards of built environment outcomes to our clients and the community.

I required the services of Bob to professionally create a set of working drawings for my house design. I particularly used Bob because of his knowledge and past experience in designing the particular style of home I was after - a modern day Queenslander. Bob proved to have extensive knowledge on the building codes I had to meet, particularly in relation to building in bushfire prone areas. The finished working drawings well exceeded my expectations.

After having had a very bad experience with a local Building Designer suggested through a friend, we decided to consult the Qld Building Designers Association Website to find our next Designer. It was so very refreshing and such a relief to finally find Bob Kain! Bob has been great to work with and collaborate on our large and complex 2 stage project. He is the consumate professional, but at the same time so approachable and easy to deal with, always open to exchanging ideas and suggestions from us. Bob Kain from BK Designer Drafting provided a professional service and worthy advice when I worked with him to get our concepts for a traditional Queenslander home into a workable building plan.
