“My husband and I own a four unit apartment building in the Beverlywood area of Los Angeles that was constructed in the '40's. It was originally one of the "Co-op Style" buildings similar to the condos of today. Due to extenuating circumstances, it has been extremely difficult to update the building. HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. Even better yet, while honoring our budgetary constraints, they managed to give the building and grounds an incredibly needed facelift and artfully pulled the exterior facade into the 21st Century. We have had numerous complements from neighbors and friends and now have pride of ownership thanks to the tireless efforts and extraordinary service afforded by HHDesign. It is with the utmost sincerity that we recommend this highly efficient and talented team to the consumers of Houzz.”

“Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.”

“It has been an absolutely pleasure working with Justin! No hassle, no drama and no hidden cost! My job entailed architectural plans for a major renovation; removing walls, adding an opening for an extra large sliding door and the addition of an ensuite bathroom. Justin came to my house to discuss my project and take measurements, this took him ~ 2 hours. He told me when the plans/drawings would be ready and the cost. The cost, I thought was very fair indeed. I received the plans/drawings by the scheduled date. After the plans were done, however, I wanted to make some changes to them, Justin told me upfront how much it would cost to do so and how long it will take him to make the changes and as before, I received the plans by the scheduled date. During the process, any questions I had Justin responded by text usually within 15 to 30 mins and by email by that day. He also Zoomed me to explain something that just was not clear to me on the plans. Via Zoom, he was able to share his screen and point out on the plans/drawings what he was referring to and explain in layman's terms for me to understand better. I submitted the plans to the City and they had one question. Justin responded to the question immediately and updated the plans accordingly at no cost to me. I resubmitted the updated plans to the City and they passed. I would recommend Justin and I would certainly use him again.”

“Kaveh was a huge asset for me with a large tear down project in Newport Beach. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and was done correctly. My contractor also really enjoyed working with him and mentioned that his plans were highly detailed which led to fast approvals from the building department. My contractor now uses him for other projects. Kaveh is extremely responsive, diligent, and trustworthy. I highly recommend!”

“We've been working as a General Contractor for Arterberry Cooke and a number of their clients for over six months now on a variety of projects; from interior remodels and additions to large hardscaping jobs. While their attention to detail and enthusiasm for their work is evident in the number of projects they are clearly winning, they are also two of the nicest and down-to-earth individuals one could wish to work with. If you are looking for a design team who put their clients needs first, have an exceptional eye for design and detailing, and are fantastic to work with, then we couldn't recommend Arteberry Cooke enough.”

“I hired Willis Daniels and Willisland Design to complete the redesign, expansion, and remodeling of 5 houses for re-sale. The results were extraordinary. I believe that the homes sold for significantly more than market and more than other projects in the area due to Willis' excellent ability to collaborate and his incredible design sensibility. I have hired him on many additional projects and have seen his work for others. HIRE WILLIS! He is passionate about his success, yes, but he is also passionate about yours. Willis is a great human and great designer.”

“We recently had Big 3 Construction remodel our bathroom and did a beautiful job. We had 2 other estimates prior to having Big 3 come out, the first company that came out was an arrogant guy that wanted to sell us what he wanted with materials that were way out of our budget and basically telling us we were stupid if we didn't do his way...obviously we didn't go with him. The second company that came, the guy was actually nice, however, he didn't seem very knowledgeable in what he was talking about and kept having to call his office every time we asked a question, because he didn't know how to answer us, but then in the end, his price didn't seem to justify the work. Then we had Big 3 come out, and it was a God send...Ian was our project manager, not only was he nice, professional and very knowledgeable, he listen to what we wanted, our ideas and opinions and also offered some of his own advice which actually helped us save money...we were impressed, not to mention sold! We knew we found our match! And we have been just as pleased throughout the whole process. The crew has been just as nice and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and always picked up after themselves and really made this a wonderful process from start to finish.Thank you Big 3 for all your help. After they did the bathroom, we had them come back out and give us a bid on painting, they were the only bid we took and we are going with them because we can trust that they are fair honest and do an excellent quality of work. And now, my mom loves our bathroom so much, they are having Big 3 come over next week to give an estimate...i couldn't have put my parents in better hands!!”
