This service includes the preparation of concept sketches and complete working drawings for Council Development Application submissions and complying Developments. We specialize on the Woy Woy Peninsula and the Greater Gosford area. Our target range aim is to meet the objectives of Residential and Light Commercial Clients. Our goal is always to exceed our Client's expectations by providing innovative, creative designs for buildings through design solutions and good technical competence. All designs and working drawings are beautifully hand drawn with care and precision to the best of our ability.

Contacted David initially to help with drafting a layout for a deck level swim-spa. We had limited knowledge about this addition, and asked David for his valued, professional advice. The end result has been an outstanding visual of what we are after in terms of design and features. We had an initial snag with council which David took it apon himself to quickly make the changes necessary to smooth out the wrinkles. His knowledge and experience is obvious from the word go. Thanks David.

My wife and I had the honour of having David Tanare draw up our plans for our renovations. Before David was referred to us, we had seen three other building designers who were not enthusiastic and did not show any keenness to our satisfaction. None of them were able to come up with any designs that would be practical or functional. David accepted the challenge and was very keen to work with us. His design skills and creativeness just blew us away. His plans are drawn by hand and are very highly detailed. We weren’t at all impressed with the other computer drawings the other designers did. Some were even hard to read with thin, faint lines everywhere, and showing lack of information. We are very pleased to recommend David to everyone.

David was a delight to work with and has a wealth of knowledge in design. He really explained the whole process to us which was great as we are first time renovators and had never worked with a draftsman before. He also put us in touch with a certifier and an engineer which was really helpful for us. Due to his years of experience, he is really well connected on the central coast.
