Troy Dawes was wonderful to work with. He was personable, professional and worked hard and with a great attitude to meet all of our needs. He exhibited great problem solving skills and thought laterally, delivering a high quality product on time and within budget.

great design & advice at a reasonable price, we had some cost savings achieved in the final design suggested by Troy along with structural improvements . Tony PS we did not complete the designed works due to a neighbour issue hence the below date is when we will sell & move on. but appreciate Troys assistance to almost get us the desired outcome.

We engaged Dawes Design and Drafting for an extension to the front and rear of our house and some internal renovations. We have been very happy with the service and ideas. Troy captured exactly what we wanted in the design. Even when we changed our minds a few times during the process, nothing was too much trouble for him in making the necessary changes. He also came up with ideas to minimize the cost and his knowledge of building regulations is the best I’ve come across. We would gladly recommend Troy and his team.

Troy Dawes and his staff undertook work for us on 3 projects. They were: kitchen refurbishment, One Lot Subdivision, design, and plans for a townhouse, design and plans for a townhouse, design and plans for a granny flat for my parents. Troy and his staff were a pleasure to work with, offering innovative and practical ideas to assist the process. At all times they were professional courteous and prompt. I would recommend Dawes Design and Drafting Group to anyone.

I have used Dawes Design for two different projects and both times Troy has been incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, and was always more than happy to answer my questions.
