Design 2 solution made the process of designing and building our extension a breeze. They were attentive to our needs and came up with solutions we would never of dreamt off.

Well, we can’t believe that we are living in such a beautiful home. We met Richard when we went to look at a SIP home being built by Bellissimo Homes. Richard and John’s enthusiasm in what they were showing us was infectious. When we decided we would build a house Richard soon got to work with our requirements of a light and bright home with a ‘easy to work in’ kitchen. After coming and looking at where we wanted to build, Richard came back with a beautiful plan. It wasn’t until the roof went on that we realised what insight Richard had in putting the large sliding doors and highlight windows above, that the outside was brought into the house. The stacker kitchen window allows the house to flow on into the existing stone pergola area. The house has a relaxing vibe and is a dream to live in. We love it! Would highly recommend this wonderful man to help make your dreams come true too. Thank you so very much Richard.

“We wanted something within budget with a Wow factor! We had an idea of what we wanted to replace our old single garage. We needed some help developing the concepts to a fully fledged design. We wanted something to be very proud of, added value to our home and had that "wow" factor but all within a budget. Richard took our thoughts and developed the concept into a very functional double garage and loft that truly looks the part. Richard was incredibly responsive when it came to providing detailed drawings and information to support the project in Spearwood. At any stage of the construction process Richard was able to provide informed answers to any technical questions the Site Manager had, and had a great depth of knowledge and experience to lead the project. Richard designed for us an extension to our 1917 weatherboard house. This incorporated an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens out to an alfresco area. Richard created an extension with the "wow" factor incorporating into the design some unusual features that were part of the brief. Richard is a passionate and creative designer who is solution focused. He was diligent, observant and considered in his role and we felt very supported by him throughout the whole build.
