Designer Eco Tiny Homes

A Tiny Home is a new way to build in a sustainable way. Conventional homes are fixed to the ground, whereas a tiny home is built on top of a steel chassis with axles, wheels, braking system and tow hitch. It is classed as a registered trailer/caravan. Unlike conventional caravans, a tiny home is designed to look like a house. To be classed as a caravan, the tiny home must be built in accordance with the Australian Design Rules (ADR). We offer four different sizes to comply with this regulation: 3.6m, 4.8m, 6.0m and 7.2m long x 2.5m wide x 4.3m high. Weights vary for each size, but is set at a max. 4,500kgs.
