Douglas has supported my renovation/ addition to my residence. His understanding of the process helped the build progress smoothly, with all considerations of what I wanted achieved. Douglas also advised and made suggestions that enhanced our initial design. He was thorough in venting and communicating with all contractors, only proceeding when we were both assured the contractor would achieve the desired outcome at the price quoted. He maintained clear and accurate records of all costing and our build has adhered to our budget. Douglas's positive manner and ability to listen his clients concerns and ideas, makes him an ideal contractor to assist owner builders.

We engaged Doug to fit out a games room as a granny flat and add a steel deck at the rear of our property. We had seen a large reno doug had completed and were impressed with his attention to detail and ability to work closely with his client. We have been very happy with the way Doug keep us in the loop and consults us with progress on the build. Doug brings great experience, unique viewpoint and has a hands on involvement that give us great confidence in his management of the project.
