P R I C I N G Generally, less complex residential projects only need basic services. However, as the complexity and uniqueness of the building + design + project increase, so too will the service requirements. The more challenging, and higher the quality, the more time involved to design, document and detail your project, achieving a higher quality and sophisticated solution. As an indicative estimate, for the 'basic services', typically you could expect between 3-8% of the probable cost of construction works. This will largely depend on the complexity and level of detailing you're looking to have included in your project.
