Draft Room

We initially used the Draftroom for our downstairs renovations. They were prompt when getting back to us and when they came out to see what the scope of works entailed, they listened to what we wanted and gave us other options for the same areas that we hadn’t thought of. They utilised the space extremely well and it just flows. The plans were professionally drawn up, clear, and detailed. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody doing a new build or renovation. We also used them to design our pool area which is fabulous, it opens up the whole backyard.

Laurence provided a very professional service. Drew the plans in record time and made changes speedily, we had no issues with the building approvals process and he was on hand for consults if and when we needed him. Laurence gave us substantial support & perfectly crystallised our thoughts into an aesthetically pleasing design which is light, airy and a pleasure to be in. The attention to detail can be seen throughout the whole house. I would recommend The Draft Room to anyone seeking a reliable architect and will be using them again on future projects.
