About Us

I work alone mostly, because it's more personal, I get to know my customers and deliver exactly what I hear they want. I have a trusted group of industry consultants that help me work through structural, energy ratings etc that are necessary to complete the project. Bigger projects are not a problem. I have years of experience as a Lead Consultant in a top 3 Perth Architectural firm and have a network of others to team with should i like your project. No job too small or big. Getting your design right is all i care about. I have 3D software and personal skills to complement that.

Ron is definitely our Designer of choice. From an original concept to the final plan, Ron delivers. He always consults about the idiosyncrasies of each project, whether it was the weird shape of the block, the slope of the land, or councils’ constraints, the issues are resolved. He listened to our ideas and provided thoughtful input from his long experience in the industry. The challenges we met gave rise to innovative designs which have always drawn attention. To date Ron has designed 16 homes for us in 4 developments (2001-2017). The interiors maximized light and space while the exteriors had pronounced street presence. His varied designs have all garnered many compliments from the builders & tradesmen, the tenants, subsequent owners and surrounding community. We were delighted with the results. All have been challenging, all original & landmarks in their area.

I recently sold my big house and downsized to a Home Unit. The courtyard was very run down, tired and open to the weather. Ron designed and helped me create an amazing, comfortable semi enclosed patio which i love. Throughout the entire process i found him to be knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk to. I'm very happy with my new courtyard.

We engaged Dzyner (Ron) to produce and complete the design of our double story dream house. We had a few concepts but not the detail required give us the unique industrial and modern finish that we were after. The end result was fantastic, the level of input to make this complex build work that incorporated all the engineering and energy rating information resulted in a superb, unique and outstanding house. It took knowledge, experience and creativity to interoperate our vision. Well done Ron and thanks.
