Easy as Designs encourages Owner Builders to undertake building projects. Some underlying costs prior to building may include: Geotechnical Report (Soil Test) Slab Engineering & Inspection Boundary Clearance (if required) Council Approval (Certification) Inspections (Frame & Final) We are here to guide you through the entire process of building and not just restricted to design. Our custom build drawings are meant to ease your assembly process with step by step instructions explained in detail. We will in cooperate in our design any material pre-purchased or recycled as long as it complies with NCC (National Construction Code Guidelines). Our objectives are to make your project as economical and feasible as it can get. Easy As Designs has firm belief that the customers are the Creators and/or designers after all everything starts from your thoughts and a basic mud maps. With 20 years plus experience from mining to a simple carport we change things for the better (gone through few rough patches to iron them out).One has to be in it; not only as drafting but also the process of building to obtain a much better picture. Our main focus of any project is to provide clean easy to read drawings and how one can attain the required approvals.
