Engels Design is committed in designing innovative, sustainable, high quality buildings. We specialize in new homes and have a wealth of experience in apartments, units and other residential buildings. We also do commercial and industrial buildings and fitouts. At Engels Group we offer to do all legal documentation as required by Council for building projects statewide. We will tailor our service to suit your needs. Our services includes Engineering, Energy Certificates, Fire assessments for clients etc. With hands on local experience, and a sound knowledge of the R Codes, the BCA and building process, our professional team will ensure your project runs smoothly, and we have a great track record to back this up.

I found Rohan off the Houzz site.He visited me in my 1973 3 bed brick and tile house, listened my scope, outlined his costs, took measurements and then went away and drew up the proposal. Thereon after accepting his proposal he has helped steer my to all the trades I need to get quotes. He has been there to help all the way through. A real god-send!

We initially needed guidance as to best utilise the area we had available to us in order to build our Granny Flat and Rohan helped us with some great ideas. Rohan has drawn our plans and dealt with all Council requirements and guided us in the right direction as Owner Builders. He is friendly, professional and it has been a pleasure dealing with him. We highly recommend his services.
