Greg Pershouse & Associates are Multi-Award Winning Building Designers and Project Planners operating from our base in Bundaberg Queensland. GPA design from client briefs and accept all Building Design Projects. We specialize in Commercial Buildings and provide a full Design and Project Planning Service, Contract Administration as well as offering expert advise on development issues. Greg Pershouse & Associates Pty Ltd was established in Bundaberg in 1978. GPA have operated offices in North Sydney & Penrith 1981-1987, Hervey Bay 1987 - 2002, returning home to Bundaberg in 2002. Greg Pershouse & Assoc. are winners of 56 Major Industry Awards 1994 - 2015. The IWC Building in Barolin St. Bundaberg is our most recent Queensland Design Award Winning Building and a National Design Award Finalist. We are committed to design excellence, style,and accuracy. The Family Development and Construction Company engaged Greg Pershouse & Associates to undertake design and contract administration for a commercial precinct in the Wide Bay Region. Pershouse & Associates are a local based firm focusing on quality architecture and construction design works. It was refreshing to know Greg had a great repoire with local engineers, consultants and contractors. We found Greg to undertake his work in a timely and professional manner and would not hesitate to engage Pershouse & Associates again for any of our Commercial or Residential Construction works.
