Builder – Open Building works on all classes of buildings Building Designer Architectural design and documentation of Classes 1 and 10 buildings, and Class 2 – 9 buildings of up to 2 storeys with a maximum floor area of 2000 metres square Effectively, we are licenced to undertake any type of building work on all classes of buildings and we are licenced to provide building design and documentation for any type of residential project. We can also provide design and documentation for commercial buildings up to 2 storeys with a maximum floor area of 2,000 square metres.
