I contacted Henriette Werner of Principal Plans to create a design for my new home, having been through 2 homes previously that she had designed and LOVED them. I have not built before and with little more than a few ideas and a budget, I arrived at our meeting with not much for Henriette to work with. However, during our meeting and from suggestions and ideas put forth by Henriette, it became apparent that I did indeed have some very firm likes, dislikes and requirements for my new home and I left the office feeling completely confident in Henriette's capabilities to design my home. I now have final plans which are absolutely perfect, incorporating everything that's important to me and my lifestyle - including my budget, which she did occasionally have to remind me of! I found Henriette professional in every way and more than one builder I've contacted has complimented the design itself and the professionalism of the plans and inclusions, making their job so much easier. The Building Designers Association of Queensland confirms that Henriette Werner from Principal Plans is a member of the BDAQ. A full member of BDAQ must hold a QBCC License in Building Design which requires particular technical qualifications and years of experience. As a BDAQ member they made a commitment to support and promote the ideals of the association in striving always to deliver the highest standards of built environment outcomes to our clients and the community
