Latrobe Valley Drafting is a family run firm within Gippsland and has been in operation for over 10 years, with the owner Sue Abbott having over 30 years experience in the building, design and project management industry. We specialise in new home design, extensions, renovations, unit developments, planning applications for rural living and development and project management. With end-to-end vision, we have a holistic understanding of your project. In addition to our drafting and design services, we can arrange the external consultants that are required to complete your project. Our years of experience in project management means we can cost-effectively manage: land surveyors, soil reports, engineering, arborist’s reports, landscape designers; and building surveyors.

Sue & Chris we’re absolutely fantastic in helping us draught up plans for our Alfesco area and skylights for our existing kitchen. They prepared a detailed site plan, existing floor plan, proposed floor plan, elevations, section details and footing plan. They were provided to upmost satisfaction. Very efficient with a fast turn around time, professional with no errors, great attention to detail. They were a pleasure to work with listening to our ideas and concerns, providing us with great alternatives and ideas!

I have been very impressed and grateful for this company's excellent service, quality of work and willingness to go quite a few extra miles. During the course of drafting plans for me, there were a number of times when I was asked, by the private building surveyor, to have plans modified. Never did I feel like a nuisance, and was consistently listened to patiently and respectfully when I called Latrobe Drafting to change yet another thing, and the modified plans were completed quickly and then emailed on to me. I also believe their fee was very reasonable. I will have no hesitation recommending Latrobe Valley Drafting P/L to anyone. Thanks to you for an awesome job. We got there in the end ! I would n ot hesitate

Very efficient and professional to work with when having extension plans drawn up. Were able to easily organise extra permits and quotes from builders. Also very responsive with communication.
