We are so grateful that our local builder recommended Caritha Martens from LCLC Drafting to design our new home. From our first meeting where we provided Caritha with a very unsophisticated sketch and a general idea of what we wanted, it was very evident that she just "got us". Over the next few weeks she refined our sketch allowing for site and budget constraints to design a home specific to us, making the most of our northerly aspect with summer sun protection while allowing for the lovely winter sun to flood our living areas. Being a family of cooks, Caritha understood our desire for a large and beautifully designed kitchen where we can all cook together. She provided us with our desire for fuss free open planned living with areas of separation that we can close off when it is just the two of us. Having now lived in the house for three months we really appreciate the touches of luxury, the space and ambiance of this truly beautiful home. Caritha created a wonderful home environment that we, our entire family and friends thoroughly enjoy and we sincerely thank her for her skill, vision and passion.

We have had a working relationship with LCLC Drafting for approximately 8 years. We have always found Caritha to be very approachable and professional in our dealings with her. She has designed many projects both single and double storey for our clients and also our own personal projects.

We designed a large two storey house on a narrow 330 sq m block in Busselton with a number of planning restrictions and used Caritha Martens. The end result was perfect. The design process was creative, co-operative and very pleasant. We would use her again if we were building another house.
