We engaged Jeremy following a referral from a friend. Our house proved a little challenging with its roofline but Jeremy presented us with many options to consider and was very realistic from the outset regarding what we could achieve which we really appreciated. Jeremy also has a great focus on budget. Every option/alteration he did was very carefully considered with budget in mind which meant that the end result was achievable. Jeremy guided us through the process with patience and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Lifestyle Home Designs.

Our property is on a council heritage listing, and so there have been several challenges in the design. Jeremy has a practical, common sense approach to help us navigate the heritage issues. We used Lifestyle Home Designs for a two storey extension on the rear of our property as well as some changes to the front of our house. The planning stage can be stressful and working out what the best way forward is when there are limitations on space can be frustrating. Jeremy and his talented design eye made all our ideas come to life and added his own, all with the best design format. The whole process has gone smoothly with the DA approval and even with minor changes to the plans after queries with engineering. Jeremy is very knowledgeable across the board with planning permissions, building, engineering etc. We have be so appreciative of his teams' services and will highly recommend. Thank you so much we are looking forward to seeing the finished product!

We consulted a couple of different designers before settling with Jeremy Adams from Lifestyle Home Designs who was a breath of fresh air compared to our first attempts. Jeremy was recommended to us by friends of friends after doing a wonderful job at designing their major extension. We cannot recommend Jeremy enough. He was professional, thorough, easy to work with, had great ideas, and beyond everything he was practical. His eye was always firmly on our budget and he didn’t stray to ideas that would cause us to blow out costs, but he did come up with great ideas allowing to maximise all the opportunities we had to create our dream home… which he was absolutely successful in achieving. We had a DA which meant we had to gain council approval for our build. There were a few things that required clever negotiation and creative designing that Jeremy managed to navigate through the council and through massaging the design. We were absolutely thrilled with the end result. Jeremy supported our builder throughout the process with whatever was required. To top it all… he’s a good bloke and a real pleasure to work with, as was his team. I would recommend Lifestyle Home Designs without hesitation to anyone looking to build a home from scratch or perform any type of reconstruction or extension.

I am a builder and have worked on projects with Lifestyle Home Designs over the past 10yrs or more. I have always found Jeremy and the team at LHD to be professional and deliver anything I need in a timely manner. Jeremy has Creative flair when it comes to design but is also practical and knows his stuff when it comes to building. This is really important as I can be confident that the designs will work and can be built. The level of documentation is Excellent which is also very important as it allows me as a builder to price his projects accurately and it reduces the number of variations with client.
