Nic and Fabian met during their studies at the University of Technology, Sydney. Both immediately connected on an excellent standard of work ethic & design style. Then after years of working for various design studios, construction companies and spec builders, both reunited and decided to take their friendship to the next level and began the new chapter in Lux Design Studio in 2019. “Let’s aim to be the best possible design studio we can be. We offer to teach our clients why certain ideas can be achieved and even more important why certain desires can’t be. The duo are known to have an edge in their approach to bold design, architectural vision and construction. Partnered with trusted trades and referred by many satisfied past & ongoing clients. Lux Design Studio emphasise on taking away all the stresses of design & approvals, along with ensuring the quality of control throughout the entirety of the project from the design stage all the way to construction processes. Nic & Fabian believe that every client has with very specific ideas of of their project. And it is always paramount for the studio to guide clients, keeping them involved in key decisions, actively listen to their notes & feedbacks, and implementing all of these every step of the way. Nic & Fabian described their team as inspirational and hardworking, highlighting them on their friendly demeanour and trustworthy approach to the clients. On a personal note, the duo have a passion and believe it to be a responsibility in preserving the planet. Based on this, sustainability became essential in the way Nic & Fabian conduct their design and this attitude is carried all the way across by the team members as well. At the end of a client’s home project, Nic & Fabian enjoy touching base with their clients as they are always keen on learning about the clients’ new life in their new home post Lux Design Studio chapter. This always concludes the end of a beautiful partnership and kickstart the beginning of another exciting new chapter for the studio as clients have always been pleased to refer Lux Design Studio to their family & friends.
